Angelina's interest in cooking was sparked as a teenager as she watched her great grandmothers and mother cook in their Greek kitchen, she is a fourth generation professional cook!
After studying sociology Angelina worked as a journalist, published a magazine and taught media in the past. She has traveled around the world and it was during her time living in South Korea in the 90's that she started offering Greek cooking classes.
An active bilingual food blogger twominutesangie.com , member of Slow Food International and a member of the Mykonos Gastronomic Club, Angelina has worked 25 years as a private chef to a top clientele that rent villas on Mykonos and other Greek islands. Her passion is sharing forgotten Greek and Myconian recipes featuring locally produced and seasonal ingredients with her guests.
